| | Solutions to houseless & livability group | | | 2/20/2019 | 7:00PM - 8:30PM | | | Central Northeast Neighbors is rounding up a group of people to work together to find creative solutions to homelessness with two main purposes;
1) to educate ourselves about what exists in Portland, what works and what doesn’t work
2) to come up with ideas that could be a change.
We are looking for people who are willing to participate, bring ideas and share information. We may have assignments, articles to read, research to do and speakers to ask questions of. | |

Learn about the process of updating the rules that govern the design of new and larger buildings. As well, review new rules to protect the City’s historic buildings and how the City identifies and designates historic resources. This is an opportunity to inform the Draft amendments hosted by NECN and CNN on February 27th from 6 PM to 7:30 PM at 4815 NE 7th Ave. | |
