We are pleased to welcome David Backes of the Portland Bureau of Transportation to tell us about plans for paving gravel streets east of Cully Boulevard between Prescott and Killingsworth. We are also pleased to welcome folks from Pacific Power who will tell us about their proposal to build a service center on vacant land in the 7600-7800 block of NE Killingsworth. It is behind the Comcast service center and just below Alberta Street.
